The Chestnut Education Trust Helps Deprived Children Access Education

The purpose of the charity is to overcome small financial hurdles that many disadvantaged children and schools in deprived areas face when aiming to provide education that can be live changing. We believe that small targeted grants provided at the right time can have a disproportionate impact on the life chances of children. The charity will set up a process to supply small grants of £100 or less to individual children or slightly larger grants to schoold to enable them to afford the resources or food required for them to be able to study in the optimum way
